  • How long is your program?Our program varies in length of stay, on average a clientusually has a six month commitment. This how ever is notalways the case, personally we feel a client should stayuntil he completes his 12 steps in recovery and feels he isadequate to face the world clean and sober. There are manyvariables to the treatment process, yet if a client wishesto stay long term then this is usually not a problem. 
  • Where are you located?All of our homes as well as our “Treatment”facilities are located in Northern California. (Bay Area)All are very close to transportation as well as extraamenities. (health centers, grocery store, shopping malls,etc.) 
  • What are your fee’s?West Coast Recovery prides it self by understanding each ofour clients financial needs and are always willing to reachout and asses individually and provide the individual withpayment plan options if necessary. We have always maintaineda high standard to “help” the individual by beingthe leader of the lowest rates in the Bay Area. 
  • What forms of payment areaccepted?We accept all of the major credit cards, cashiers checks,cash, money order’s and first time personal checks. You mayalso pay on line using fund transfers or major credit cards,we will cover most transfer charges.   • Are you Certified by the DAoffice?We have been Certifiedsince the day that we started WCR over seven years ago. Wehave never failed an inspection to this day. 
  • What does the program consist of?We base our program around the 12 steps of recovery andbuild from there. Pending the form of treatment needed thiscould be a very broad question. Check our web pages to theleft and if you can not find your answer please give one ofour intake coordinators a call.  
  • Can you help me find work?We are very unique in the Bay Area for providing and workingwith an excellent job referral source. We obviously can notgive a 100% guarantee of employment but we will do our verybest to assist. 
  • I have a job, will I still beable to work?Pending your treatment assessment and the type of treatmentthat you require we encourage it. Check our SoberLiving page for details. 
  • Can you provide a soberatmosphere?We randomly test for drugs and alcohol on a weekly basis.There are three forms of testing that we use. We work with atoxicology lab as well as on-site testing and or swabbing.We have zero tolerance for any type of drug or alcohol useon or in any of our facilities. 
  • What should I bring with me?We recommend that you bring enough clothing and personalhygiene products (soap, wash cloth, towels etc.) for a onemonth stay. You will also need bedding (sheets, blanket,pillow) for a single size bed. You will not need food unlessthere is absolutely something you must have. We do notrecommend that you bring valuables such as expensive jewelrydo to the fact that we will not be responsible for theseitems if they are lost. 
  • Do I have to be sober for entry?Yes, you must have at least 3 to 7 days of sobriety beforeentering one of our facilities. There is help during thistime period through one of our detoxificationfacility’s. This could be a very hard and rough time to tryon your own, we recommend calling us so that we may referyou to one of our detox facilities that we work with.
