Our Sober Homes
We utilize the twelve step program to guide us towards our recovery
and to restore balance to our new found life in sobriety. Residents will achieve
this by attending AA, NA, 12 step type meetings. Group bonding and outside
activities are encouraged. i.e.: church, volunteer work, and exercise.
Residents are responsible for their own bedding, clothing, and toiletries.
Advice and help will be provided through a staff manager available twenty four
hours a day. You can be assured that you will be treated with the utmost dignity
and anonymity during your stay.

General Information Regarding Our Sober Homes
- Obligations of our clients
Each client must remain abstinent from all alcohol and drug
use. All of our clients will do a minimum of five 12 step
related meeting's per week outside of the home. All clients
will have a sponsor with in a two week period or at least
find a temporary sponsor. Clients will be home by curfew
(9:45 pm) Sunday through Thursday. Friday night you are
allowed an over night pass but must return home the
following day for check in. (pending staff approval)
Clients may also leave after checking in but must return by
curfew Sunday evening. Clients may also work, go to school
or have some type of service commitment during the week
days. Clients are not allowed to lounge around all day on
the couch, we are a program not a motel facility.
- Living Arrangements
All of our homes are completely furnished with cable
television, as well as free telephone use. Clients will
share bedroom's in bunk bed style setup, room size
determines how many per room. WCR only places the amount of
clients in our home's, according to code and License. We do
offer smoking areas, but absolutely not within our homes.
Usually the garage is designated for weights and workout
equipment.
- Client Standards
Upon entry all of our clients will receive a list of
individual standards that they will read and sign when
entering. All of these standards are basically common
sense, we at WCR try to treat our clients like adults not
children.
- On site staff
At all of our homes we do have two on-site managers that
live within the home. All of our managers have long term
sobriety and are completely committed to helping our new
clients feel welcome. Rest assured that at WCR you feel more
like a family member then an actual client.
